  We went to the guard and they said they couldn't see my mom because there were no doctors or nurses, why do they open if there's no one? And if my mom's life depended on that and there was no one passing by? I don't even want to imagine

  Watching the news on several TV channels, from bs As we found out about the fires, we have relatives in the hole, the whole town is without electricity, no family member answers the phone, nor does the police station, call the hospital at 3 in the morning and they treated us with great kindness giving us good news that there are no victims, I hug Matías and Hernán from that hospital, thank you for answering the phone
