::They refer you from one phone to another. The number assigned to give turns (they don't take turns over the phone, only on whats app) seems to be disabled 90% of the time. When I finally got my message (10 days after sending it) they answered me in half and I couldn't solve anything, I was asking about three different specialties and they stopped responding without providing me with any information.
