  I returned after 7 years, excited to spend a beautiful vacation with my daughter and my granddaughter and it turned out the opposite. I booked a room with a 180-degree panoramic view of the sea, and they put me in another... with a view of the city... and just to the sides... of the sea, to which, the receptionists on the morning shift, very unpleasant and not at all empathetic, they responded that I misunderstood....and they didn't solve it. The owners never apologized....the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired, the functional music and wiffi in the room do not work, yes You open the sofa, you can't go to the bathroom. The water dispenser has disabled cold water.... Shameful. The rest of the receptionists and the staff in the restaurant and heated pool ..... very warm and pleasant. The facilities are quite untidy and without maintenance. I left very disappointed. It does not match price quality, and it is no longer 4 stars. They stayed in time. Not only will I not return, but I would not recommend them.

  The attention of the receptionists is excellent, it marks a quality and warmth of the service they have. The breakfast very good !!! The room quite comfortable. Some details would be missing, such as a nightstand on the light and air tables or a fan in the bunkbed sector.

  The human quality and the quality of the service they have is impeccable. The sushi is excellent, if you go you have to try it without a doubt. The room we chose had an ocean view on the 8th floor, includes a continental breakfast with croissants, eggs, coffee, juices, puddings, all kinds of fruits, extremely abundant. The hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from downtown. They also offer you beach chairs and towels at no cost. They have a common heated pool and Carolina's massages are highly recommended. We are going back as soon as we can because we are more than satisfied.
