  The truth is that the concierge did not stop walking near the pass, shouting, laughing, talking, making everything a bit uncomfortable. We called to ask that they please stop moving around and making all the noise possible and they said that there was no one, that it couldn't be. We stayed like that all night, uncomfortable because of the concierge.
