  Quiet place, very good building, rooms with what you should have, beds, tables, hot / cold air, refrigerator and microwave chair, pets are accepted. The value of stay varies according to the service chosen. Acceptable and close to a representative place of Santa Rosa. "THE LAGOON".

  The truth surprised. We arrived at 10pm to spend one night (we had already booked). The hotel is for transit, it is not a hotel to stay several nights, perhaps not more than one. The rooms are clean, and the truth is that I did not lack anything, we came in winter, so we did not need air conditioning, it had a ventilation where hot air came out and we were not cold. The breakfast is very basic, we went and there were some thermoses with milk and coffee, and a basket with toasted old bread. The coffee was cold. The breakfast is VERY incomplete but at least it is something, we paid 7000 pesos (a pittance) and we left quite satisfied. In addition, to compensate for the fact that there is no kiosk nearby, they sell you drinks and snacks at the reception at an acceptable price, perhaps a little high but it is still acceptable. The attention was good, perhaps it was because it was very late, the receptionist was tired, but he treated us well and professionally. I give the hotel 3 stars because it is passing through and I suppose it aspires to be a good hotel, but it was quite good. I recommend booking, there were many people at the reception waiting for a room. I also recommend advising the arrival time and notifying everything, because if you booked to pay later you can lose the reservation if you arrive late.

  Perfect to spend the night and continue traveling. They accept pets, good heating, the attention was very good and it has a garage.
