::Very poor infrastructure. Neglected the departments. The bathrooms leaked either in the bidet or in the toilet. An air conditioner did not work. I leave a lot to be desired. We left after 2 hours of being in the apartments. We didn't want to keep finding fault. No security. The price is attractive.
