  This place is AWFUL! There's no water pressure, it's noisy, the walls are paper thin, they ration the toilet paper, the elevator is unsafe, and there's a crazy lady that calls herself a marketing director who goes around waking up guests to remind them of the no smoking policy (she may be prostitute checking out the guests, not sure...); we don't smoke but, we do like to sleep sometimes. We forfeited the last 2 days of our room charge to go stay at a safe hotel; it was worth it just to get a hot shower and some sleep.

  Close to good spots and great and cheap empanada next door in the small kiosk.
