::I went for the experience of spending the night in an old hotel and I had it. The hotel is old, but the facilities are too, and that detracts from it. The room is of a normal size, the bathroom is fine, the furniture and appliances are old but what I did not like was the issue of heating which is central and being winter we asked me several times if they could turn it on, always with affirmative answers but they never took action, in fact I heard how other guests asked the same thing and they just turned it on at around 20 but it wasn't working at dawn and they didn't turn it on again even in the morning (it was 0 degrees). Breakfast is simple, a coffee with two croissants. The best thing is its location in front of the basilica that makes it possible to walk everywhere, it has parking and the treatment of the staff is very good despite the heat. It is an experience that I do not think I would repeat unless some reforms are made and I do not know if it is for everyone.

::Good to highlight the attention, both the person who received us in the afternoon when we arrived and the one who was the next day in the morning were excellent, even once we left they allowed us to continue leaving the car in their facilities since in Luján it is quite complicated to find where to park. The location is very good, it is exactly in front of the basilica, although it is a bit far from what would be the area of restaurants and bars, it is only about 7 blocks from the hotel. In terms of amenities, we didn't expect much being a travel hotel but for the cost it could offer a bit more. The beds and pillows are very old, the blankets they offer too and they have central heating which means that if it is not turned on for the whole place you will not have heating in the room. During the afternoon it was a bit cool, then they turned it on and it was nice but in the early morning it seems that it was turned off again because in the morning it was freezing. The breakfast is fine, although it is basic, I will settle for a coffee and some croissants (which is what they gave us). In conclusion if it is only for one night it is not bad. Oh and also how much with an attraction that is a horror room...

::This is a hotel that could be better maintained. The room was freezing. When I asked for a stove they said there was none. And the central heating had broken. There should be an option for when this happens. Offer guests a caloventol at least. I spent the worst night in a hotel. Very cold

::I only had lunch in the restaurant, a very nice piece of old Luján. My sorrentinos and Andes beer were very good, as well as the "quesillo" for dessert; but bear in mind: - service is quite slow (maybe because it was Easter Sunday); - some dishes are not available (all those "de la Patria Grande", for instance; - house rule: no credit cards accepted!? Only debit or cash? Please, write it outside!
