  Hot water and good pressure in the shower! The best shower I took in weeks, while traveling Argentina. Receptionists spoke English. The location is superb, away form touristy parts of El Calafate, on a hill with a nice view of the town, lake, horses, flamingos etc. The hotel has a shuttle that can pick guests up and drop them off in around Calafate, I didn't use it though. Renting a car is the first thing you should do upon arrival at the airport.

  The hotel is located about 8 km from the city center. But the view is great. There is a shuttle bus going to city center every hour and I didn't feel any inconvenience even if it is far from city center. The hotel was clean. The taxi charged me 370 peso from bus terminal (December in 2018).

  Great location close to the lake but also a bit out of town. Hotel has a free bus that runs into town center on a pretty regular basis so location not a major worry for us at least. Staff polite and helpful with local info and tour information. Breakfast is the normal buffet affair with a fairly selection of standard Argentinian breakfast items we also had a meal here one evening which was fine and useful after a long day.

  This place was excellent. Staff was wonderful the rooms were clean, very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The view is worth being outside of downtown. There is a shuttle to the town center every hour almost all day so you have the best of both worlds. Being in a remote artwork a beautiful view and having access to everything downtown.
