  Awful place in centre of B.A. Facilitues doesn't work as it should. Shower gel and soap was bad condition. 8 days of 12 wifi was broken and nobody tryed to solve the problem. But stuff always smiling. Ut might be a good sign for westen people. For instance stuff informed me about 21% VAT added to price. It was good.

  Location, cost and cleanliness are unbeatable. But the hotel is past its prime. We also has a slight water pressure problem late at night.

  This is a great hotel for what we needed. It is really close to the attractions and restaurants. The room was quite old but really clean and equipped with everything we needed. The receptionists don't speak much English but they went out of their ways to help us and advise us with everything we needed. We felt very safe in this area and haven't had any problems. The only issue we had was that our only window was facing an internal wall so we pretty much had no outside light or no way to know the weather until we got outside. It also got really loud with high wind and rain. However we believe this hiccup was reflected in the very low price.
