  We stayed 11 nights. The unbeatable attention, super friendly, good predisposition. The breakfast quite complete. The room very clean. It was fixed twice a day. Very close to the beach and a good location, a very safe area. It is close to the center of valeriana del mar and pinamar we were able to explore everything. The only thing that they should improve is to clean the pool more regularly because at times it was not optimal but the garden is beautiful. You can use the facilities so you can eat things you buy elsewhere. They let you use the hotel fridge to store things. They are predisposed to facilitate the stay. Very familiar we went with a child and we had a great time.

  I made a reservation in November 2022 for February 2023, very kind in your attention and processing of the reservation. When the day arrives, they tell me that they cannot reserve me because I was on a motorcycle and the parking lot and their insurance does not cover this type of vehicle. Although they referred me to other hotels, they told me that there is a lot of insecurity around the place. And after I had already gone looking for other options (misaligning all the ppt I had) they offered me another alternative, but I had already paid at the new hotel. Very kind for the refund of the money but unfortunate experience.

  I do not recommend it, better look for another hotel in a safer area. There is a lot of insecurity here, cars and motorcycles are left on the street and no surveillance, cameras, nothing. One comes to Pinamar to be calm, not to think that they are going to rob you.

  The place is very nice, the service is really impeccable, the owner is a loving person, as is all the staff. The breakfast is very rich, I would add a little fruit perhaps. The rooms are comfortable and bright. The hotel has an excellent location in relation to the beach.

  Excellent facilities. Cleaning and care very well. Divine heated pool, very pleasant garden. Both owners and employees very nice and respectful. Thank you very much
