  Clean economic place ... it has no heating in the room ... and no wifi ... family atmosphere ..

  It is very bad. There are permanent tenants, and passengers. It works like a pension, and there are very bad people, who drink a lot of alcohol, put 15 bottles or more a day in the trash. Some also take drugs. And they are quite annoying with the. Loud music and screaming. It looks like a shantytown. I do not recommend it to anyone.
