  Very disappointed with the service and quality of the place in general... Is clearly not woth it spending that money for the service that they offer, there are much other options in the city for the same or even less money. I hope you guys improove your service, at least for respect for the customers.

  Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. The staff is extremely service minded and helpful at any time. Restaurant and bars always with a nice smile and helpful when asking about the area with great recommendations. You will not regret if you pay a visit for few days to this beautiful hotel.   Wonderful hotel with friendly people in service. Beautiful rooms with best view. The food in the restaurant was not what we expected. And reservations in other restaurants were not done. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay
