::Hotel Libertador is a nice place to stay in Tandil. It is not a 4-start hotel, may be not even a 3-star but it is nice, quiet, well located and excellent value for money. The hotel is a bit old but the service is great and the people super nice. If you are traveling this n a budget, I would definitely recommend it.

::This is a classic of Tandil. However, it is old and has not been seriously renewed, probably, ever. Some or all rooms really look outdated... not vintage: just old! Breakfast is not a big deal but at least it is included in the price. As far as I know it is the only hotel offering rooms for business events; with coffee service, projector, etc.
