  Simple hotel, with fully equipped apartments (refrigerator, electric stove, closet, crockery with excellent attention! Very comfortable to spend the night passing through. Safe place to leave the car. Good mattresses. Good attention. Cleansed. It was a single night, comfortable. recommendable

  Several themes: the rooms, nor the hotel are modern as they say in the photos, they are old, sad facilities! It is dirty, the padding with strange stains. The place that used to be a breakfast room is a commercial business (dietary), that's why I couldn't find the hotel! The garage is a car wash. I do not question that they have to adapt to the crisis, but change the photos because they are false; I booked from San Pedro, I traveled 8 hours and I had booked it from origin so as not to have to get to Va. Mercedes and having to start looking, but if I had seen how it really was, I probably wouldn't have chosen them or if I did choose them, I would have done so knowing what I was hiring. For the same price, in Villa Mercedes, have other options and even with breakfast. Very disappointed with what I got as it was not what I saw online.

  Very little serious the subject of the reserve. I made the same one a month ago for 2 rooms for 6 adults, I paid 30% and when we arrived after driving 12 hours the owner told us that the reservation had not been made, that he had forgotten to write it down and that there was no room. During the trip I wrote to him to let him know what time we were arriving and he never answered my message. Noticing my anger at the situation, what he did was call another hotel to get us rooms. We had to rent doubles because we couldn't get triples. He apologized accordingly but it seems to me a sloppiness in customer service. Upon arrival, we never found the hotel sign that appears in the photo, but rather a healthy food store, that disoriented us. I do not recommend it. Avoid having a bad time

  The place from the outside looks like a warehouse or pantry, it has no signage. The apartment is located in the center, it is very comfortable with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed in the room where the kitchen is located. It has 2 bathrooms with good water pressure and good temperature. Air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms. Excellent cleanliness and very cordial and helpful treatment. Towels and towels available. They did not provide covered and gated parking.
