  Old hotel with old tired rooms. Tiny lobby. No plugs by the beds, and every shower leaked into the bathroom. Beds were comfortable however. Wifi patchy in the rooms.

  Bed is very comfortable, breakfast buffet has a nice variety of things to eat and drink. The street is quiet and centrally located. Bathrooms are clean. Shower door didnt close very well, so the water was coming out. Faucets in shower and sink need some maintenance. I didnt use it, but my friend told me that in the gym only two machines work, there are plenty more but they dont work well. Some people from the staff need to learn English.

  This 4-star hotel has good location. There are many restaurants and shops around. But, we had a very disappointing experience here. 1. First, we found there wasn’t air conditioner in the room nor we can’t open window for fresh air. (But they provide heating.) May in Buenos Aires is not that hot, but it still reaches 20 more Celsius degrees sometimes. 2. The cups weren’t wished totally but with some coffee stains inside. 3. We haven’t checked out and the house keeping manager opened our door without saying a word. No, she didn’t say anything nor knocked the door. She opened directly! The check out time was noon, and she broke in at 10:40AM. 4. It seems like dirts, stains and molds in the bathroom was somehow acceptable compared with above points. 5. My friend lost her belongs and wanted to know if she was with it when we check in. The reception guys tried to ignore us and just said they would check. (But they didnt) 6. The breakfast is normal. It cost USD17 per person. But this may vary because personal taste. But I will not pay more than USD10 for a breakfast like that. 7. I tried to use their public computer, but the ‘U’ button of the keyboard was not working, so I can’t login as their password contains a U. (Ok, for this one I don’t blame them. They help me to print my document. I just had bad luck.) The hotel has only good location and better decorations. The management and the service is not good enough as a 4-star hotel should have. I don’t recommend it.

  Location good for exploring. Rooms nice and clean. Very good breakfast and dinner service.

  decent room size and furniture. good housekeeping. good breakfast. friendly and caring staff
