  The room they gave me comes in noise from the street everywhere... the neglected room the inaccessible parking lot and they tell you that it is your garage and there are other cars to rest or for work that is not recommended

  The experience is regular, it is no longer a hotel, it works as an "Apart". The price is high in relation to the service. Breakfast is brought to your room, being very limited in variety, the coffee is prepared by one, they leave coffee in a bag. The rooms do not have frigobarat or hair dryer. The air conditioning did not work. I would not go back

  I requested that it have a refrigerator since the challenge does not work and they went around saying yes and finally they did not send it .. in the room I lacked utensils I had to go look for them .. the next day they did not clean I had to ask and what give me new towels... the room did have the refrigerator a 9 the bad service provided does not seem like a 4 star

  the breakfast is very precarious for what is paid for the stay. They give you breakfast in the room and it is a toast, a croissant and an envelope of tea. I asked them to come and clean my room and they took more than two hours to come hot water for bathing lasts 10 minutes and takes more than an hour to heat up again. They charge you too much for the low service they provide.

  Terrible service. Supposedly it says that it is “4 star” and it is not because of all the things missing from the hotel. First of all: there were no towels prepared in the rooms Second: there is no frigo bar. If I have the need to have a cold drink there is not. Third: very slow wifi. Fourth: The hotel's acoustics are poor, you can hear absolutely everything and you can't sleep well because of how noisy it is 5th: It is very Gloomy 6th for the price when charging it is not worth staying in this hotel. I recommend reading the opinions and not wasting your money on this hotel.
