  This hotel is in a charming part of San Juan, with a nice, walkable park nearby. There are also many restaurants and and open air pedestrian promenades practically adjacent. A continental breakfast is provided - pastries and bread, ham and cheese slices, scrambled eggs, orange juice. Coffee was good. The hotel itself was once stylish, but is looking tired and in need of renovation. Elevators are slow and buttons don't light. The shower in our bathroom had inadequate provisions - shower curtain or door - to prevent water getting all over the floor, so cleanup was always needed after a shower. Others obviously had the same problem that we did, as the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted from water damage. All but one of the electrical outlets in our room were worn out - so loose that we literally had to tape our chargers in so they would make contact. WiFi in the hotel is low speed and and there are three different networks - one per floor which was a bit annoying.

  Service ok . The rooms need renovation, are dated and smelling ... If you are allergic and need a room without carpets make it clear in your booking cos they have ONLY ONE 01 room without filthy carpets!!! Breakfasts is mostly all there just none one person to help servicing ! Good luck searching for cutlery... Good location !

  employees were really, really nice and tried really hard to help. room needed redoing and was badly scuffed and frayed. air con leaked on carpet constantly. bread products at morning breakfast were insanely bad (like virtually all bread products we had in argentina). tried literally for two whole days to have staff scan and email some legal documents to office in United States. i was willing and anxious to give the staff large sums of money for completing this really, really simple task. after two days of unexplained frustration, i gave up and took my business documents to another storefront several blocks away. i literally couldn’t do any business from this hotel. don’t they ever scan and email documents internationally? i was constantly emailing documents while in San Juan on the hotel WiFi and on all sorts of local bar WiFi’s making it obvious that they simply couldn’t figure out how to work the “scan” button on their scanner. very strange and a missed opportunity for them since the amounts of money involved would have justified some lucrative tips far, far, far beyond what they would have ever dreamed possible.

  Its a fair hotel. The Pool und the rooms are okay and Clean. The people Here are really friendly. If You are from Europe its really OK to Stay Here .

  Clean hotel with underground parking garage. Room decor is dated. Bathroom in my room was recently redecorated and had a more modern feel. Free in-room secure wifi, great central location to restaurants and local attractions. Courteous staff. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room if you don't smoke, not sure if they set aside rooms for non smokers but at least they will check it before it is assigned to you.
