  The service was a disaster, between booking and the hotel they stole $1700 from me, due to the bad information they had. Furthermore, they used my card number to do so, but they did not give me an invoice or payment receipt. And the hotel has nothing to do with the photos. Eye ask everything, they have bad habits. We ended up in a better hotel, cheaper, with impeccable service and much better located, Hotel San Rafael.

  Nice place, very clean and very attentive and friendly staff. They have to improve the WIFI signal, we were in a room at the back and there was no signal.

  + We really liked the hotel for the huge bed and the spacious and beautiful room, the service is very warm, the breakfast good. + The pool is made of fiber, clean. + Very good cleaning - to improve, we were in the pinot noir room and we did not have the toilet seat. Noises from other rooms are heard. (The cars are outside on the sidewalk with good lighting) I recommend the rooms facing the garden. The others face the lobby.

  The hotel is small but very warm. The beautiful, spacious double room, excellent air conditioning and sanitary facilities. The people at the reception very warm and friendly. They try to solve any inconvenience or doubt. The weak point was the pool, the water had algae, you need to filter it. The breakfast good. Very rich coffee. The juice had a lot of pulp and the croissants are a rubble. Experience very good overall experience for the draw of the people who manage it. Very clean and tidy. King size bed extra deluxe, was the greatest pleasure.
