  The hotel in general has a very “sloppy” look. It shows a great lack of maintenance. The flower of the shower is covered by rust and consequently the volume of water that comes out is not enough for a decent shower. The spout of the shower box faucet was on the floor (cleaning staff had left it there), broken. The curtains in the room, unhooked at some points, reveal a neglect of the general appearance. Hot water comes out of the bathroom faucets about 10 minutes after you turn them on (wasting water sucks). Room cleaning was not done despite having been compromised the night before. It does not reflect what the website promises. And it's definitely not 4 stars.

  Bad attention. They had made the wrong reservation. Towels on the floor at the reception. Spider web on the door handle of the piece. Dirty hallways. Dirty pool. Far from being a 4 star hotel.
