::My rating a two, all the excellent attention that the hotel has is taken away by the location, especially the beds in the room urgently change them, the cable TV looks horrible, the signal is all rainy, the Internet service is lousy. They should have a better agreement with those of AOMA since the employees of anses pay less for the stay and on top of that they include food to those of aoma, no, it seems to me an abuse $3000 + $500 of soda for a single dish and dessert (it does not have Variety in food A single meal is prepared for everyone) It does not have a variety for celiac people either, the Safa breakfast but they should change the bakery to the Creoles. My rating is mostly due to the excellent attention of the guys who are in the hotel, the most important thing is to review many points regarding rooms and food

::Beautiful hotel. The best: the pool and tranquility of the place. The worst: they mischarged us for the reservation and when we withdrew they adjusted in their favor. The breakfast could improve, as well as the pool towels.

::We stayed with my partner for 3 nights and 4 days and it is an absolutely recommended place for the location, tranquility and services that are very consistent with what it offers. We went with half board and the three dinners were exquisite and abundant, with a main course and dessert by their excellent cook Gastón, who in addition to fulfilling that function was a pleasant and warm host. The breakfast without standing out is more than correct although the attention of the waitress is less careful. The room service is very good, being neat and clean in all its aspects. The impeccable pool and with heated water that was a pleasure to stay in it. As a sign of the good vibes that prevails, on Sunday, despite the fact that check out was at 10 am, we were able to watch the National Team match in the dining room and enjoy that happy moment. In short, we left very satisfied with our stay.

::Merlo is cute, and the view from the hotel is great. Less a fan of the hotel itself though: staff is not very friendly, beds are horrible (you can feel the matrass springs poking through), wifi is only available in the lobby (when it works), rooms are worn out and need an upgrade, bathrooms are small and the shower head fell apart. Breakfast was decent. We picked this hotel because of the good reviews, but we had to check twice if this was the same place.

::The room is comfortable. The guys who are in care are all very attentive. It is a comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast is simple could improve with variety and tastier coffee.
