  The best, it is our hotel choice each time that we go to Bariloche. Their rooms facing the lake have a wonderfull view. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are also very clean with al the necessary supplies and nice soft towels but missing the wash cloths. They also provide a complete breakfast with a delicious coffee. If you are in Bariloche this is the place to stay.

  Very clean and confortable room. Beautiful view to the lake. Breakfast buffet was great. Even though it has just 3 stars, it offered great service. The staff booked the tour for us, made reservations at the restaurants, exchanged dollars, and even help us with an emergency we had, sending a taxi to pick us up from the Clinic San Carlos and taking us to the hotel. Mariana was amazing during our stay she also brought ice for my leg and help us ordering food outside the hotel. We really appreciate their kindness and help, so we really recommend this place.

  The hotel has seen better days in terms of maintenance and furniture. It just reflects the country situation: great past and current struggling to keep itself running. Other than that, it’s clean and it got very friendly staff. The restaurant has lake view and it got very convenient location. Recommended

  Great location, helpful English speaking staff, good cold breakfast, fantastic views over the lake. Recommended.
