  The 3 stars I have given is because of that: Since we were departing early morning, and not enough time for breakfast, we asked there eption for a linch box to go. They told us to confirm with the kitchen and we did so. Then, the waitresses from the kitchen asked us to confirm with the manager and so we did. Again, we're told to ask the kitchen again. Anyway, for our surprise, nothing happened. No lunch box , nothing whatsoever. Total disappointment. The only thing the receptionist had was that there had been a comment about lunch boxes from rooms 112 and 110. Then we said, "any response" ? No response. Another negative point is that breakfast has very few options with proteins and for whoever has diabetes, not so good meal. Positive points: clean room .

  This hotel is amazing coz it’s inear to the town Center with beautiful view of the lake rooms are comfortable and tidy ...

  Nice hotel, clean rooms with nice bathrooms. I had a lake view room with an amazing view over the lake. The staff were helpful and the location is excellent, within walking distance to the main strip in Bariloche
