  A disappointment! We stayed in the superior luxury suite, there were stained cups, poorly washed, thin towels from so much use, there were hairs in the bathtub, they had no amenities, no brush, no comb! lousy internet service! The terrible breakfast compared to other hotel chains of the same category, the juice was over! The menu of the restaurant is very basic! They only had two wine labels and they brought it cold from the fridge! The only thing that stands out is the good attention of the receptionist! I would not go back!

  Very good attention!!! The employees very friendly. The room was very comfortable, everything impeccable, like the rest of the facilities. We had a great time. We will be back soon.

  The rooms are as expected in this type of route hotel. But it has many details that lower the rating: there is damp on the walls, broken furniture, broken glass. Very poor breakfast, very washed coffee. It has a gym with few machines, but I would have loved to use it, only that the opening hours (from 10 to 20) are not at all compatible with the schedules of those of us who work. Attention: average.

  Not sure why it’s rated a two star hotel. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean and all the linen are clean crisp and new. The food is cook to order and everything is fresh taste amazing and the Copa de vino was amazing.
