  I canceled all my products with the hsbc, in the month of June of this year due to the terrible attention and customer service that the entity has. On 08/03/2020 I receive a final settlement by credit card of $ 67905.- which I comply with on 08/06/2020.- despite having paid the total debt with the entity just 3 days later of issuing the summary, they tell me that I still owe $ 2506.60.- without cause and / or reason that warrants it. amount that I pay, with the sole purpose of separating myself from the entity permanently. They do not spend more than a few minutes for them to send me another email indicating that I still owe them $ 6051.00.- a total madness, happy I am to have canceled all my products from this entity, the healthiest advice that I give to anyone who I am thinking of getting an account at this bank, it is that I discard it immediately, it is the worst bank with which I have had an account.
