  This branch absorbed everything from the now non-existent "309 Esmeralda". The area is horrible. In our case, Miss Lara attended us with correctness and competence. We do agree with other clients that before 2018 the attention of the staff then used to be rude.

  This place is a waste of time. I went to solve a problem that they did not solve for me either by email or by call center and not only they did not give me solutions but they made me lose time. The girl called Lara is very rude, she ignored me and gave me wrong information. Even the security man knew more than she did, by the way he is very nice. A piece of advice for Lara: the next time you don't know something, at least acknowledge it and don't say nonsensical things. If you have to solve a problem, try another branch and if the same thing happens, change your bank.

  Disastrous care today. You have the obligation to make an appointment days in advance and anyway I had to wait almost 1 hour !! Nobody took care of anything!

  Does this branch have someone responsible ???? For a week they have withheld my salary and they don't treat me, I don't have to pay the bills, a disaster, they are inoperative and negligent.

  12/17 I had a turn 10.50 I was attended to 11.40, a single person attending that from time to time I went out to talk on a cell phone, in any case they treated me very well but the wait was insufferable, the security officer was very friendly but let a lady pass in front of me without a shift because "the page was branded and he couldn't get it out" (You know what to say if you want to go without a turn)
