  They should have a little more empathy when it comes to serving people, we just went to the Bariloche branch because the application password had been blocked and we asked him if he could tell us the summary, to which he replied in a very bad way saying that it was the last time I did it, it seems to me that it is not a way to serve customers and more so when they are older people and not everyone knows how to handle an application that asks you to update it and takes up a lot of memory if they both It's hard to give a summary, I can't imagine if they have any other inconvenience, it would be nice if they attend with the same attitude that they do when they want to offer you the card. If we knew this from the beginning, we would not have become clients of this bank, as the service leaves much to be desired.
