  It's bad they send you credit cards that you don't ask for. For 10 years I have been a client of a visa that they sell. When you need advice, they send you to speak to a phone that a person never answers, but it is impossible to ask for something to be solved.

  Customer service is very good. In my experience with the bank I cannot say anything bad.
