  I am not a bank customer but I have a check to cash in it and the attention is DISASTERY THE CHECK IS IN MY NAME AND THE ENTRY IS A CHARACTER nor do I look at the check HE TOLD ME IN THIS BANK CHECKS ARE NOT PAID I WANT TO CALL THE Nordelta branch where I went yesterday and they do not attend you talks with a garbage machine that tells you his ID number I pass him my ID number and he tells me that it is not correct I can not do nothing so that they take care of me A SHAME AT LEAST PUT SOMEONE TO ADVISE I AM IN Province tomorrow I am going to see my client I have to spend money my time is not fair BAD !!! This cordial bank was respectful and who cares about people, it has nothing. If you are not a client, you do not exist.

  I see that there are negative and positive comments about this Nordelta branch. In my opinion, and at least the times I went to the bank, they always treated me very well, the tellers / person are very attentive. ATMs always worked fine. Today it will not be how it will work, since I have not been to this bank for a long time, since I stopped being a customer and not because it is bad, but because of other circumstances.

  Terrible attention. Take an appointment online at 11, arrive on time, wait an hour and a half for them to attend to me. So look for another branch, because the shift schedule is not respected.
