  A disaster, they do what they want, they began to charge us for a plan that we asked for, and when we call to make a claim, they walk us through different telephone numbers and do not answer us, I would love to cancel this card, they give you 18,000 pesos for a gold visa and they charge you almost 8 thousand pesos for renewal, and you want to cancel it and they give you a thousand turns. A disaster, I do not recommend it at all.
