::I was a user of that bank's visa card and without problems, they offered me a rewarded Mastercard and I accepted it in case I needed it, I got the annual renewal fee, I claimed the bonus but they only rewarded me two of the three installments, the third was dragging interest. I made the corresponding claims and nothing, I canceled the two cards but I was classified as a "medium risk" debtor in BCRA even after having paid the total debt and in the branch. I do not recommend it, it is not clear with the products it offers and they do not attend to claims as it should. In the Paraná Entre Ríos branch they do not answer the phones either. I add that at the branch, the entity's accountant communicated to me, online at the cash register, that they would refund the amount wrongly paid and nothing either. When the collections department calls you from Buenos Aires, it seems that they are not aware of the products that they are claiming, or the situation in which you find yourself or how you should pay them. Total disaster.
