  Very bad telephone service, they have bothered me for more than 20 months because of a debt to renew a card that I never asked for... they pass the claim but they remain the same.

  lousy phone support hopefully someone picked up the tube and say hello. 12 minutes without answering my call

  Be VERY CAREFUL with hiring any service with this bank. They execute the debts if prior notice and under threat of legal action they try to collect ridiculous and usurious balances. They ask you to call a collection phone that is NEVER answered by anyone. Only an answering machine and that after a while it cuts out. So the days go by and the debts grow. Nobody gives you a ball at the branch. And they only say that the issue has to be resolved by the collection area and by phone !!!
