  Tuesday 8 am I could not withdraw money from any ATM, "this ATM has a technical failure" "at this moment it is not possible to carry out the operation" on Friday I went in the afternoon they were out of service... when do they work? And if you go to the boxes, you have to be patient.

  Terrible attention from V. Ballester's icbc bank. I went a week ago and it took them 25 minutes to attend when the other employees at the desks are having coffee. Today I went again and they did not let me withdraw money by box. New rule that change in a week. Even though I insisted to the cashier. A shame. I have been a customer for 13 years. With everything that the banks collected by refinancing debts in a pandemic. So much so that it cannot even appear in the balance sheets.

  What a fourth class bank, they just closed the door in my face at 3:00 p.m. and they didn't let me deposit a check in the ATM area. The security person forced the door on me and told me that I had to close it......how????? I can't walk into the ATM and deposit a check. No, it's until 5:00 p.m.... how can you not access the ATMs and self-service stores???? They are crazy. In addition to rude
