  IMPRESENTABLES ............. I went especially after 16 hours since the ATMs always load around 15:30 to make the American Express payment due TODAY. To be exact, 4:15 pm I showed up and there were the classic "CASHIER OUT OF SERVICE" signs. The Guard was there and asked him if he could pass because he was not going to use the Banelco ATMs, he would only use the terminals and he told me that it was not possible and that at 16:30 they opened. Wait since the terminals of this bank allow me to pay and in others it is not possible to do so. Already 4:35 pm with no one showing up and a mass of 10 people leaving, I rang the bell without them coming. 4:45 pm I tried again and the guard came informing me that they would not open and, upon my request for the reported schedule, as in sarcasm, he told me that they were taking a little longer. Finally, the doorbell rang again at 5:00 p.m. and no one answered, nor did the branch phones on any of the 8 calls I made. THEY ARE A SHAME......

  The entrance door is always broken, it does not close which is unsafe to get money out of banking hours. Always dirty. Much to improve.

  Friday last day of the week, with rain. It took more than an hour to enable ATMs. It's 4:25 p.m. and you still can't access the cashier. They would have to optimize the times since it is a complex day to waste time waiting for people.
