  I was from 5:30 p.m. until almost 8:00 p.m. waiting for MY TURN and they never attended me. The truth is a lack of respect, of responsibility. In a hospital they treat you faster.

  They give you a price for personal attention and already having an appointment a week ago they charge me more, when they told me a different price, if they already gave me an appointment and gave me a price, they should respect what was said. because that way they waste time when they could go elsewhere.

  The attention of the lady at the reception leaves a lot to be desired. More than once she answered me wrong, (for example, not clarifying that she had a turn since she didn't ask and I had never attended here), another because I asked her a question when her partner was talking to her (with the noise you couldn't hear and she was supposed to attend to me, that's why I waited in line), and so several times when bringing my daughters she had this type of reaction.
