If you need a dermatologist, ask for an appointment with Dr. Szlapa. His attention and patience are excellent, which almost no doctor gives you today. Thanks.

  The center is very well placed. The attention there is good, but honestly they should improve the telephone attention. They almost never answer the phone... on WhatsApp they take a long time to answer. And in these times of protocols, they should add on the page where they take turns that to enter you have to do it yes or yes with a chinstrap. You can't find out about that when you enter the place... and having to go look for one at a kiosk if you didn't take it because otherwise they won't let you attend to it... you must be notified in advance; since it is not mandatory everywhere. Respect for protocols and care for patients and staff who work there is understood, it is not to be against the use of the mask, on the contrary. But they must improve all their aspects of communication.
