    No se hacen cargo de nada! Tuve muchisimos problemas con el duplex que alquilo y no te solucionan nada! Los profesionales si asi se los puede llamar ( Plomero, gasista, herrero) cancelan cuando tienen que venir y despues no te atienden el telefono. Y si queres llamar a otro profesional la inmobiliaria te dice que no se hacen cargo de los gastos! Pero tampoco te Dan una solucion!
