  I had a shift at 4:00 p.m. with Dr. Furlotti. It was 4:40 p.m. and the secretaries did not even do the billing for the social work. I lost 2 hours without being able to assist myself since I live far away. A lack of respect would not return.

  The professional attention is good, the doctor is excellent, but the problem is that I wait at least 1 hour in each shift. That affects the service, no matter how good it is, it cannot keep patients and children waiting like this, it should be more responsible. There are those who have no problem with that, but my time is worth it, I can't waste 1 hour.
