::They don't answer the phone. They missed my mom's 2021 studies, which forced her to leave for a control mammogram shift in 2022. We went four times, we had to reschedule other shifts due to poor organization. Of course, the studies are still missing. After complaints they sent me the images by mail. From the year 2021 the report is still missing.
