I had a shift for 1:00 p.m. and they attended me at reception at 1:30 p.m. not because I was late but because of the number of people who were there before me. As a suggestion, it occurs to me if they give a shift to guarantee that the shifts are fulfilled, but rather that they give a date without a shift and that they attend in order of arrival. But everyone is served in line, those who have a turn and those who are going to request a turn, so that means that those of us who have shifts do not get to be served on time. There were doctors who didn't have patients and talked to the receptionists so they could be seen first, but many of those people were in line after me. The attention is very good what is missing is organization.

::I had gallbladder surgery last year and this time they had to intervene again. Super friendly all doctors, nurses, stretcher bearers, a love. Very grateful for the attention. The only thing to criticize, but always with the intention of getting better, is when they give you an appointment with the specialist and you spend 4 hours or more waiting for them to attend to you. If they give you a schedule, they should respect it, you can't spend so many hours waiting. Thank you very much

::My mother-in-law has been hospitalized for two days, and they do NOT let us visit her even half an hour a day. The medical reports in two days, only once they gave it to us. The children went to see her and apart from treating them badly they do not let them pass. Very dehumanizing to patients over all.
