::NEVER, EVER, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. I'M FROM AWAY AND????. WHAT I DO??
Jose Suarez
::The reception service is terrible. They tell you to take turns online and there are never shifts, they are always all busy. You call on the phone and they don't answer you. I do not recommend this place at all. They could improve the treatment for retirees is a total lack of empathy they have for grandparents.
Laura Bucceri
::They don't attend you by phone they tell you to take your turn online social work you don't know if it works for you in the end you have to go just as bad
Luz gonzalez
::Well, I think the bad thing about it is the receptionists in charge of customer service, because when you call the phone they don't answer you and if they do, it's in a bad way, they ask for @Gmail and they never send you anything, you miraculously take turns online to be attended and hopefully you have a turn. Those people are a mess. With the Doctors and Professionals I have had to go to, zero drama they are geniuses. Only for them I give 3 stars.
Juan Carlos Blasi
::Bad management of contact with patients. My sister had a consultation suspended, which she found out the moment she arrived at the Institute. He had to travel in a remis from near the highway to return unattended. Why didn't they warn the patients not to show up? Telephone attention does not exist directly. I don't know who is the genius who organizes such a deplorable system. One of the worst that exists in San Nicolás.
