::The attention of the professional who cares for my wife, Dr. Gabriela Falcone, is excellent. The complaint I want to raise is the lousy system of obtaining a turn through the center that grants them. For 3 consecutive days, and with an average of 40 to 45 calls a day, it was not possible to get someone to answer us to obtain an appointment for this Saturday, 12/03/22, which is the only day that the aforementioned professional attends. They should implement a system through WhatsApp, which greatly facilitates obtaining appointments, as the Municipality of Escobar does, for its medical services.

::The previous time I went to the ENT doctor, they did not tell me to authorize, I had to do a hearing test, I was waiting a long time and I had to go, the receptionist with a very bad face, zero empathy in reality, the two brunettes with a very bad attitude, today I went there was one of the receptionists with a bad face again, you think you're doing me a favor and if it weren't for us you wouldn't exist, terrible place including some professionals who say, call yourself a doctor, it's time to change the staff or dedicate yourself to another thing !!!
