  No atienden nunca los teléfonos. Para una consulta administrativa, tenes que ir si o si hasta la clínica. Demoras mas haciendo cola que en la consulta medica

Being overwhelmed by the phone they never answer, although you can take web shifts, but the delay is practically the same, the web shift does not speed up anything.

  Today I had a shift with Dr. Yobe at 11:30 am. I arrived at the clinic at 11:15 am and I found 3 people in line to do the corresponding paperwork and the only person who was attending to a gentleman took more than 35 minutes. in finishing doing the paperwork, attending to the doctors who consulted him on things, answering a cell phone, etc. conclusion attended me at 11:50 and the doctor at 12:40. Incredible that a clinic like Rizzoli has only one secretary in customer service. The queue reached the edge of the sidewalk. Poor secretary, impossible with the technology available today for this to happen.
