  I have a friend interned there and I can attest that communication with the family, the rights to information about the patient are null, unless they insist until exhaustion and mental exhaustion. My friend's wife suffers because she doesn't have access to reports, analysis, nothing if she doesn't insist. They don't think about family members and the damage they cause. The department that takes care of the family is terrible.
