  Apparently they have improved the telephone issue (or I was lucky), because I had an emergency, I called at 8am (the time they open) and they answered and told me that I could come closer. Then the attention was very good.

  The service has always been excellent, the problem is that they DO NOT answer the phone, therefore it is impossible to get an appointment.

  They don't answer the phone...I'm NOT in Tandil to go personally...I need a shift and they don't answer...
