::I fell with a sprained ankle. After waiting 2 hours at the guard they sent me to lightning, I made a line that was not; When the girl attends to me, she sends me to make another line, and when I finish it, they tell me that I had to make the previous line. Finally they told me that they couldn't do the plaque because THERE WERE NO DOCTORS (12:00). I ended up leaving, after spending 3 and a half hours without any kind of attention or solution. very poor

::Once I went to the respiratory ward and the attention was terrible. They kept us all waiting a lot, and they particularly told me the result verbally, they didn't let me see it nor did they give me the plaque that I went to do. So I kind of had to trust that everything was okay. The operation outside the guard seems good to me, it is agile, some professionals may be very late with the shifts, but in general I am satisfied.

::A disaster. On guard they tell you one thing one day, on the phone another and they make you waste your time. You approach the place so that they attend to your claim and you have 2 options. The first is that the expensive receptionist attends you for nothing that the only thing that gives him the head is to repeat the same thing over and over again without solving anything that they caused. The second option is for a doctor to see you and... repeat the same thing to you. I assumed there would be trained people there. But they're good for nothing, they're really just a bunch of incompetent medical graduates.

::I visited on a Saturday morning, the place looked clean and the attention was quite fast. I had to do a routine checkup and the doctor who treated me was very kind, they also accept different social projects so that was also very good. It is the clinic that I choose for proximity and quality. What if, I had to queue when I arrived. It was about 15 minutes late just waiting in line, even when it was time for my shift. They don't accept debit to pay for orders and I had to go get change at the buffet downstairs, luckily they had it.

::So I visited because of food poisoning and was very welly taken care of. I highly recommend this hospital, the staff are fantastic and caring!
