  I booked an appointment with his secretary on November 11 for my baby for 2/23. Three months in advance. When I call three days before to confirm the appointment and the address, nobody answers me. I get the address and I go to the shift and there was no one. They contact me after several messages and having missed a shift of 3 months of waiting to tell me that Dr. my social work no longer attends and that my shift was not registered (when I have the screenshots of the confirmation of said shift). Now that my shift date has passed and my daughter was not treated, they tell me to look for another professional on the chart. A LACK OF RESPECT AND AN ATTITUDE THAT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRRED FROM HEALTH PROFESSIONALS.
