::Dr. Kaufer is one of the most arrogant doctors I've ever encountered. I traveled by bus for an hour and he did not take 30 seconds. Instead of listening to my problem I received a standard eye test. My problem was that I had something under the eyelid. The doctor did not even consider it necessary to examine the eyelid. My eyesight is good, I was also clear before. For the insurance I needed a detailed description of why I went to the doctor, but there I was again only confirmed in writing that my problem had not been understood. The receptionist was nice and friendly and could even speak German. But then that was all I can say positive. The feedback on my mail took almost 2 weeks! Incredible. I do not want to be treated as a patient again.
