::We waited for about an hour until we could finally go in the place. We were told that the waiting time would be maximum 20'. I ordered a Foccacia, but instead they brought me a slide of normal white bread. They weren't able to prepare a standard Capuchino, in a Tea House! The "tea house menu" would include 1 brownie, 1 escon, 1 dried croissant and 3 kinds of normal bread, with a cake.. apart of the cake, it wasn't that different from what you get in a gas station for breakfast. And of course, everything overpriced! The place is pretty and the service fine, but I don't recommend going for having the "tea house experience"... You can find much better places, with much better food, less waiting time and a reasonable price. Such a scam!

::I feel lucky that it was open, really good food and best desserts ever, seriously you must must try a couple of things there I ordered a hamburger that it was so tasty 😋 and them I asked for a coffee with milk and a red velvet (wish I had photo to share but it was too good that didn't make it to the photo). Do not hesitate it's worth it.

::The worst service in all Ushuaia. We wanted to have lunch. It was packed so we ordered sandwiches to go. We were warned that it would take a while but it took them 40 mins to prepare them. When the order was ready, they missed to prepare one of the sandwiches and 3 of them were burned on one side. The employees didn’t care at all. Not even a word to apologize about the horrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.

::Unfortunately the service was terrible. We waited 40 mins for our sandwiches. I had to ask for my order status twice and no one really cared. When the order was finally served, one sandwich was missing and 3 others were burned. The worse of all was that the employees didn´t even apologized for the wait time nor their error. I do not recommend to visit this place

::The place is trying to create what Argentinians think is a British tea house (pink walls, full of little decorations items) inside a Swiss Chalet! There is also a shop selling decoration items. The food and drinks are delicious and the service was attentive. Of course, the prices are inflated, this is a place for tourists. Was very relaxing after the hike in Glaciar Martial
