  I walked into this place to grab a sandwich with my colleagues and it was a disaster. My Dominican friend ordered two medialunas and a coke. The store owner opened her coke bottle and handed it to her along with the medialunas. She thought we were going to eat there so she went ahead and put her tray on a nearby table. The store owner immediately got angry and started negatively stereotyping her as an “ignorant American.” “No, I’m Dominican,” she responded. “AMERICAN. AMERICAN. AMERICAN!” He kept correcting her. It was completely insane to witness. Holding back her tears, she left the restaurant and I went to comfort her. Meanwhile, my friends ordered sandwiches and I stayed outside with her. She was verbally attacked not only because of her ethnicity but also because of her gender and performed identity. That wasn’t all, though. The store owner came outside and demanded that she pay him for the coke he opened. My male friend offered to pay for her but when he tried to enter the restaurant again, the owner physically shoved him out and told us we were never allowed back inside the store. My friend did nothing wrong and yet he made her walk back inside his store and pay for the coke. It was absolutely appalling! Don’t support this business.

  Muy buena cafeteria y sandwicheria. Durante cinco días corridos estuve comprando en el lugar. Lamentablemente el último día, no fue muy agradable y NO recibí muy buena atención por parte del unico mozo del lugar, que de manera muy caradura me cobró de más, aduciendo delante los demás clientes que yo me había equivocado en el dinero entregado. Una vergüenza. La verdad que es lamentable q ensucien su reputación de años por nada.

  Se podría decir que es un viejo bar tradicional, en una zona clave, dice restaurant pero a las 15 hs solo ofrecían sandwich una pena, podría ser mejor explotado, el baño de hombres del siglo XIX
